Spray-Foam Roof Inspection — From £295
A focused assessment of a roof structure that has, or previously had, spray-foam insulation applied.
Price
From £295. The final fee depends on the roof, extent of foam or previous removal, access, location and agreed scope. All fees are confirmed before instruction.
What is considered
Where accessible, the inspection considers roof timbers, rafters, purlins, trusses, wall plates, ventilation, moisture condition, timber deterioration, remaining foam residue, evidence of previous removal, the condition of visible roof membranes, possible obstruction of ventilation, localised defects and repair requirements.
What the report explains
The visible extent and condition of the roof structure
Relevant high-definition photographic evidence
Moisture, ventilation and deterioration concerns
Evidence of remaining foam or previous removal
Recommended remedial work and further investigation where genuinely required
Findings are limited to visible and accessible areas. The condition of timber concealed by foam, finishes or other construction is not presented as verified unless it has been suitably exposed.
For wider roof defects, see the Roof Survey service.
