Homebuyer surveys
Homebuyer Survey — From £350. For a typical two-bedroom house of conventional construction. A detailed assessment for a conventional property in reasonable condition, with significant defects, likely causes where reasonably determinable, action priorities and relevant high-definition photographs.
Comprehensive Building Survey — From £575. A deeper assessment of construction and defect implications for an older, altered, extended, unusual or poorly maintained property. Includes photographic evidence, practical repair options and sequencing, useful outline details and guideline budgets for significant repairs where reasonably assessable. Detailed contractor specifications and specialist design are separate services, agreed where required.
Both reports use clear action priorities: Routine maintenance, Repairs required and Urgent action required.

Roof Survey — From £295
A focused assessment of the roof covering, associated details and accessible supporting structure.
Building Defect Survey — From £295
A standalone specialist service for a known or suspected defect, available to book directly. Borescope inspection, thermal imaging and targeted opening-up can form part of the agreed investigation where appropriate. Specialist investigation work is priced on request, with the scope and fee confirmed before instruction.
Damp / Water-Ingress Investigation — From £295

New-build and technical services
New-Build Snagging — From £325
An independent survey of workmanship defects, incomplete work, damaged finishes and visible construction issues, recorded by location with high-definition photographs for developer rectification.
Design & Building Regulations Support — Price on application
Technical and design support is available for selected residential alterations and improvement projects. The scope and fee are agreed after the proposed work has been reviewed. Structural engineering services are not included unless specifically agreed.
